Warranty and Return Policy Full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must not be worn or soiled to be eligible for refund or exchange. One-year warranty of materials and workmanship. Craighead will replace or repair, at no charge, any merchandise that is defective due to failure of material or defective workmanship for one year after receipt of merchandise. Craighead will make a good-faith effort at all times to repair leather merchandise even if problem is due to normal wear and tear. A MERCHANDISE RETURN ADDRESS LABEL is provided with your order. Please attach or enclose this label with your return. Include a note specifying your wishes. Send to Craighead using a shipper of your choice. You pay the return postage up front but Craighead will refund the shipping cost to your credit card if the return is due to Craighead's mistake. Return merchandise to:
