How soon will my order Ship ?

You have two choices for shipping: UPS (United Parcel Service) or U.S.P.S. (the U.S. Postal Service).

UPS: Orders placed by noon mountain time Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after noon mountain time Monday through Friday will ship the next business day.

UPS Ground takes 4 to 5 business days to reach the east coast, and 3 to 4 business days to reach the west coast. Click on this UPS Transit-Time Map to see exact UPS Ground transit times when shipping from Denver, Colorado. Please note: UPS starts counting transit days THE DAY AFTER the order ships. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

U.S.P.S. (U.S. Postal Service): All orders placed Monday through Friday will ship the next business day. To compare U.S.P.S. rates, which are slightly lower than UPS, select "Other carriers" from the "select a carrier:" pull-down menu which is located on the "Shipping and Payment" page during checkout.

The U.S.P.S. has the advantage of delivering to PO Boxes as well as street addresses. Mail delivery takes 5 to 6 days to reach the east coast, and 4 to 5 days to reach the west coast. Destinations closer to Denver, Colorado will take fewer days. The Postal Service delivers on Saturdays.

No shipping on Saturday, Sunday, or these holidays:

Memorial Day (May 31, 2010)
July 5th (Independence Day observance)
Labor Day (September 6, 2010)
Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
New Years Eve and New Years Day

APO (Overseas U.S. military): Only the U.S. Postal Service will deliver to an APO address. Select U.S.P.S. as the carrier (described above). Delivery lead times to APOs are lengthy and unpredictable.

We do not ship outside the USA (except APOs).
